Past-owner of Philadelphia's aptly named "Rum Bar," Adam Kanter's passion for rum began only a short while ago prior to his bar opening in early 2007.
In 2013, he became the bar manager and distiller at Sutton' Parlor in Philadelphia.
Today, his mission is to influence non-bleievers and transient spirit enthusiasts into rum drinkers. Whether it is vodka, scotch, tequila, or bourbon that is your passion, he will find a way to introduce you to the beautiful spirit of rum.
Adam has been a judge in various regional, national and international
competitions for many years. He's visited many distilleries in the Caribbean and loves to share his passion for rum.
